Strength & Performance: Functional, whole body exercises performed in a circuit type manor. Never the same exercises, always executed differently from the time before. Incline Training: Walking on the incline (20 – 30%) at speeds between 2.0 and 3.0. Instructor teaches from her own incline / treadmill to music and with a microphone. Cycling: 20 bikes, no need to sign-up, just come, jump in and hold on! Full Throttle: Geared to raise and maintain heart rate while moving through isolated and whole body exercises. |
